MOST IMPORTANTLY:
As much as we wish to give you the best lifestyle modification changes and more about healthy living and preventive measures to prevent diseases, we are not a consulting page for individual patient for their diseases. These blogs might improve your overall health but we are not an alternative to consulting your physician or an online alternative to starting you or adjusting your medications as we are not a legal medical consulting site.
Always consult your doctor for your disease for initiating a treatment or intervention as health and treatment is always custom made for individual disease and person. We are not responsible for self medication of drugs other than OTC for yourselves or for self initiating lifestyle modifications despite underlying illnesses or risk factors that might worsen your underlying conditions, for e.g.., we post about importance of HIIT for better cardiac health in later life, but you cannot do it if you have underlying injuries or if you have been advised to avoid exertion due to any underlying disease. We are not responsible for your health conditions that you have despite following lifestyle changes and adaptations as they could be multi factorial in etiology and just lifestyle modification was probably not sufficient and you needed to consult your doctor for the same.
We sincerely request you to consult your doctor for any of your illnesses before resorting to self medication or prescription since health advise is always tailor made according to person's ethnicity, age, race, gender, underlying conditions, family history, past history and more.
